Terms, Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

At Halotherapy™ Headspa, we value your time and aim to provide exceptional service to all clients. Please review our Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy carefully, as it applies to all bookings and appointments made with us. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
When booking an appointment, a $20 booking fee is required to secure your spot. This booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. All deposits go towards the cost of your service and will be deducted from your total at the time of service.
Rescheduling and Deposit Policy
If you need to reschedule, we will keep your booking fee and put it towards your new date, as long as 24 hours notice prior to your appointment is given. If you prefer to cancel and receive a refund of your booking fee, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations or changes impact our ability to accommodate other clients.
Rescheduling Limitations
If you reschedule, (with minimum 24 hours notice) the new appointment date is final, and any subsequent cancellation or request to reschedule will forfeit the booking fee. This ensures fair access to appointments and avoids last-minute adjustments that impact other clients.
Grace Period
If you arrive late to your appointment, it will still end at its originally scheduled time. For example, if you are 10 minutes late, your treatment will start 10 minutes later but will still finish at the same scheduled end time.
Checking Out
For services rendered, the remaining balance will be charged after your treatment is completed. While we make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your experience, full payment is required once the service has been provided. We are happy to address any concerns or feedback after your treatment, but please note that refunds or adjustments will not be offered for completed services, including cases of dissatisfaction or changes in personal preferences. Once a service has been performed, the charge is final, and no partial refunds or adjustments will be made.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, and acknowledge that payment for services rendered is due in full, regardless of satisfaction with the outcome.
