Halotherapy Headspa is expanding. We are relocating from La Verne to San Dimas into a larger space as our spa continues to grow in size, popularity, and service offerings. We’re building out a strong team to support this next phase and are looking for licensed professionals who can learn quickly, adapt, and thrive in a unique spa environment.

Our space is calm, relaxing, and client-focused, but operates with a team-based approach rather than strictly one-on-one sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking reliable, professional, and adaptable individuals who are comfortable in both service and front-facing roles.

You must be:

• Licensed in cosmetology, barbering, or hairstyling in California (up to date license required)
• Comfortable performing scalp-focused services and physically working with clients’ hair and scalp (no styling, cutting, or coloring)
• Experienced with customer service and front desk/reception responsibilities
• Comfortable handling payments and using POS systems
• Friendly, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with clients
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization
• Able to work in a team-based spa environment (not strictly one-on-one)
• Open to learning new techniques and adapting to a new type of service model
• Available for flexible scheduling, including weekdays and weekends

Position Overview:

• Pay: $18.50/hour + tips (you keep 100% of tips)
• Schedule: Part-time (up to 28 hours per week, negotiable)
• Pay Schedule: Paid every 2 weeks
• Training: Paid, on-the-job training provided
• Shift Type: Flexible scheduling based on business needs

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform head and scalp spa treatments focused on relaxation and hair/scalp health
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering questions, and managing check-ins/check-outs
• Accept and process payments using our POS system
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and assist with resetting between clients
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
• Provide a high level of customer service and contribute to a positive client experience

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology, Hair Stylist, or Barber License (At least 1 is required)
