Eligibility

• The Halotherapy™ Headspa Waitlist Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Halotherapy™ Headspa, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

• Join the official Halotherapy™ Headspa waitlist by completing the signup form on our website.

• Each individual may enter only once. Duplicate entries will be void.

Giveaway Period

• The Giveaway begins upon the launch of the waitlist and ends at 11:59 PM PST on the date announced on our website or social media pages (November 1, 2025).

• Halotherapy™ Headspa reserves the right to modify the Giveaway dates if necessary.

Prizes

• Grand Prize (10 winners): 5 Free Scalp Cleanses (60 minutes each), valued at approximately $475 per winner.

• Second Place (30 winners): 1 Free 60-minute Scalp Cleanse.

• Third Place (60 winners): 1 Free Upgrade of choice with the purchase of any spa package.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners are responsible for any additional service costs, upgrades, or add-ons not included in the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

• 100 winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be notified via email and SMS within 7 days of the giveaway closing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to allow Halotherapy™ Headspa to use their first name and city for winner announcements on social media.

• Halotherapy™ Headspa reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

• By participating, entrants release Halotherapy™ Headspa from any liability related to the Giveaway or use of the prize.
